|  this layout was inspired by a personal dream of mine since I was a little girl to someday have a daughter of my own. The road to getting my dream was a long one and at times I felt it would never be realized especially when in 2004 I was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer in the soft tissue of my arm called Ewing's Sarcoma. I told my Dr. I had things to do and I was going to have a daughter so we needed to get this thing taken care of so I could move on with my life. In May of 2007 I married my husband on the beautiful island of Kauai and we found out just before our wedding day we were going to blessed with a girl. Lily has made me realize that dreams really do come true and whatever it is you dream, don't give up.

| Here's my take on the sketch. This was from a restaurant in Maui...Just about done with my Hawaii album! Yay! It's been fun and I loved this sketch...Hope you like my layout. I typicaly do double layouts so when I took my photo I took them together. Hope that is okay. The paper-pieced cheeseburger was a lot of fun. I cut it by hand while looking at a pattern. The pattern was too small, so I just cut it freehand. [img]  [/img] |
